Sulfonic acids and Sulfonates
Janex produces a range of synthetic sulfonic acids of consistent quality. These materials are used in the manufacture of :-

  • metalworking formulations

  • neutral and over-based sulfonates based on various alkaline earth metals eg. sodium, calcium, barium, etc. for marine and industrial applications.

  • novel grease formulations

  • rust inhibitors for car body protectives

  • surfactants

We also offer natural sodium petroleum sulfonates which find use as emulsifiers in water-based metal working formulations.
